How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your Siradaki Sarki account, you can use one of the following methods:
Method 1: Through the App
- Log in to the Siradaki Sarki app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap on Account Settings
- Tap the Delete My Account button
- Confirm that you understand the action is irreversible
- Your account will be permanently deleted
Method 2: Via Email
Send us an email with the following information:
- Email: developer@siradakisarki.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Content: Include your registered email address and full name
Your request will be processed within 30 days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Personal information (name, surname, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Identity and profile details (national ID number, date of birth, gender, address)
- Saved card records (card nickname and masked number)
- Voting and like history
- Favourite songs and notification preferences
- Loyalty points and star level
- Your ability to sign in — the account can no longer be accessed
Data That Is Retained
The following records are kept with your identity anonymised, as required by
law. They no longer point to you:
- Invoice and payment records — Retained for 10 years under tax regulations
- Song request records — Venue revenue and payout accounting rests on these,
so they cannot be deleted; your name appears as "Deleted User"
- Anonymous statistics — Aggregated usage data containing no personal information
Important Information
- Account deletion is irreversible
- After deletion is complete, you may create a new account with the same email address
- If you have active requests or payments in a session, please wait for them to complete first
- For venue accounts with active subscriptions, the subscription must be cancelled first
