Sıradaki Şarkı is a platform that provides music requests and voting systems between venue owners and customers. Through the Platform:

• Venue owners can create sessions and manage music playlists
• Customers can join sessions via QR code and request songs
• The Platform integrates with music platforms such as Spotify and YouTube

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account to use the Platform
• Your account information must be accurate and current
• One email address can only be used for one account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You must keep your password secure and not share it with others
• You must notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account

4. User Obligations

• You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• You must not share content that violates others' rights
• You must not attempt to disrupt the security or operation of the Platform

• You must not share content that infringes copyright
• You must not share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content

• Prices and features may vary
• Subscription fees are communicated in advance

6.2 Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscriptions at any time

7. Privacy

The use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Changes and Interruptions

• We reserve the right to modify Platform features or discontinue the service
• Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues
• We cannot be held responsible for these situations

9. Limitation of Liability
